Oluwashina Fasakin founded Knowbility Limited to give Nigerian organisations a single partner for learning and development, HR consulting, background verification, recruitment and workforce solutions. He works with businesses to improve workforce capability, operational excellence and overall performance through learning interventions built to produce measurable results, not just attendance numbers.

He leads the Knowbility Learning Academy, where he designs industry-focused programmes in learning and development, HR analytics, document control management and leadership development. His work draws on instructional design, competency development, learning analytics and strategic business consulting.

His areas of expertise include learning and development strategy, corporate training, HR consulting, background verification, recruitment, document control management,  organisational development, leadership development, performance improvement and business growth strategy.

Dolapo Ojelabi brings together product discipline, operational rigor and growth strategy. Her background spans building systems from the ground up, including process documentation, onboarding architecture and the internal infrastructure that lets a growing team scale without breaking. She has worked as a product leader managing cross-functional teams across key account management, operations and product marketing, with experience spanning the healthcare, technology, finance and telematics industries. That background shapes how she builds at Knowbility: the operational systems, account structures and internal processes that keep the business organised.

On the growth side, her experience includes go-to-market strategy, business development pipelines, and leading customer service and growth functions with a clear mandate: build the system, then scale it.

As a faculty member of Knowbility Learning Academy, he has led instructor-led training programmes, both in person and virtually, for audiences ranging from fresh graduates to senior and C-level executives, training more than 700 professionals over the past decade.

He holds multiple certifications across project management, energy management, quality management, health, safety and environment (HSE), IT and cloud solutions, and consulting, giving his sessions the kind of practical, cross-sector grounding that generic corporate trainers don’t bring to the room.

Victor Egbunu is a QHSSE professional, workplace safety consultant and training facilitator with over five years of experience delivering safety, health, security and environmental training. As a faculty member of Knowbility Learning Academy, he facilitates practical programmes on occupational safety, ISO management systems, risk management and workplace security, built around adult learning principles and real-world case studies rather than theory alone.
